This one was a ground-up build, and we had the chance to be involved from the very beginning - which meant every detail got the attention it deserved.
The goal was modern without being cold. We leaned into solid maple accent pieces throughout the home - handcrafted and warm - to balance the clean lines and contemporary finishes. The kitchen is the showstopper: custom cabinetry, a statement hood vent, matte black appliances, and a pantry that actually works for real life.
But it's the little things that make this house feel like a home. Custom lighting. Built-in shelves in the entryway. A mantle that catches your eye the moment you walk in.
