Kess Bathroom Remodel

May 30, 2025

This farmhouse-inspired bathroom renovation strikes the perfect balance between trendy and timeless.

We paired classic white subway tile with matte black fixtures and statement round mirrors to create a space that feels both modern and warmly familiar. The natural wood vanity adds texture and warmth, while the clean white countertop keeps things bright and airy. Those Edison-style vanity lights aren't just gorgeous – they provide the perfect lighting for morning routines while adding a touch of vintage charm to the space. The sloped ceiling presented a design challenge, but we embraced it to create a bathroom with character and personality.

Behind the stylish glass shower enclosure with its sleek black frame, you'll find more of that crisp subway tile that makes the space feel larger and brighter. We're particularly proud of how this bathroom renovation maximizes functionality without sacrificing style – from the double sink setup that prevents morning traffic jams to the strategically placed outlets and ample counter space. The neutral color palette ensures this bathroom will stay in style for years to come, while the black accents add just enough drama to make the space feel special. Our Lincoln homeowners now start and end their days in a bathroom that feels like a peaceful retreat – proving that practical spaces can still be beautiful.
