Elk Ridge Deck
We wrapped up this deck project in Lincoln recently, and it's a perfect example of how sometimes the best designs are the ones that don't try too hard.
Clean lines, solid construction, and plenty of space to actually enjoy being outside – that's really all you need.
Our homeowners wanted something straightforward: a deck where they could throw a summer barbecue without feeling cramped, but also a spot where they could sit quietly with their morning coffee and just enjoy being outdoors. Nothing fancy, just a well-built space that works for how they live.
And honestly? Those are some of our favorite projects. When you focus on getting the fundamentals right – good materials, solid construction, thoughtful layout – you end up with something that looks great and lasts for years.
We've got to give credit where it's due on this one. Sandhills Contracting, 84 Lumber Company, Built Wild Contractors, and Sower Construction all played important roles in making this project happen. It's partnerships like these that let us deliver quality work on time and on budget.
Plus, working with good people just makes the whole process better for everyone – including our homeowners.
Whether it's hosting the neighborhood cookout or just stepping outside for a few minutes of quiet, this deck is ready for it all. Sometimes the most functional spaces are the ones that don't overthink it – just solid, reliable construction that gets out of the way and lets you enjoy your outdoor time.
If you've been thinking about adding a deck or improving your outdoor living area, we'd love to talk. Good outdoor spaces don't have to be complicated – they just need to work for how you want to use them.
Here's to many great evenings and peaceful mornings on this beautiful new deck!
